Kuala Lumpur: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC)’s talented match officials will take centre stage at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup India 2022 after 14 referees, assistant referees and video match officials from seven Member Associations (MAs) were appointed to the showpiece.

Pansa Chaisanit of Thailand, Edita Mirabidova of Uzbekistan and Oh Hyeon Jeong of Korea Republic have been selected as referees to India, marking their first appointments in a FIFA tournament, as the main referees.
