Group B: Myanmar, Australia advance to semis

Hai Phong: Myanmar and Australia advanced to the semi-finals of the ASEAN Women's Championship 2025 as the top two sides from Group B on Wednesday.

Myanmar finished top with seven points following a 1-1 draw with defending champions Philippines while Australia defeated Timor-Leste 9-0.

 

Myanmar will meet Thailand while Australia will face Vietnam, with the semi-finals to be played on Saturday.

Group A: Vietnam edge Thailand to finish top

Hai Phong: Tran Thi Thu Thao was the star as Vietnam defeated Thailand 1-0 on Tuesday to finish top of Group A of the ASEAN Women’s Championship 2025 on Tuesday.

The other match saw Indonesia and Cambodia playing to a 1-1 draw, with both sides ending their respective campaigns with one point.
