In Japan, Kashima Antlers remained unbeaten at the top of Group A as Vissel Kobe moved into first place in Group B. Ulsan HD and FC Seoul set the early pace in Korea Republic, while Kitchee and Shao Jiang delivered commanding victories in Hong Kong and Macau respectively.

Kuala Lumpur: Johor Darul Ta'zim defeated Brunei DPMM 3-0 to confirm a 12th consecutive Malaysia Super League title with five matches to spare.

Indonesia’s title race remained tense as Persib Bandung were held by Borneo in a clash between the top two while Thailand’s Buriram United continued their dominant march at the summit with a convincing win. Cong An Ha Noi FC strengthened their position at the top in Vietnam with another important three points.

Sydney: As the Quarter-finals of the AFC Women’s Asian Cup Australia 2026™ concluded on Sunday, the Continental showpiece recorded another historic milestone as total attendance for the ongoing edition surpassed an impressive 200,000 spectators.

The last eight tie between Japan and Philippines at Stadium Australia took the total attendance up to 223,112, with the landmark moment coming a day after the competition celebrated its 400th match in history on Saturday when Korea Republic defeated Uzbekistan 6-0 in the third Quarter-final.
