Qualifiers - Group B: Kuwait 0-10 IR Iran; Saudi Arabia 2-2 Lebanon

Al Khobar: Islamic Republic of Iran made it two wins out of two after defeating Kuwait 10-0 in their AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup™ China 2026 Qualifiers Group B tie on Wednesday.

The win keeps Iran on track for the Finals, with the Central Asian side to meet Lebanon - who came from behind to salvage a 2-2 draw with Saudi Arabia in their match - on Friday.

Iran will head into the tie two points ahead of second-placed Lebanon.

Qualifiers - MD2: Results & Reports

Kuala Lumpur: The AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup™ China 2026 Qualifiers are set for a thrilling conclusion as Matchday Two came to an end on Wednesday.

Eight places are available through the Qualifiers at the 10th edition of the competition, which will feature 12 teams — with all the groups to be decided on Friday.

The group winners will progress to China 2026, where they will join the four AFC representatives from the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Morocco 2025 who have automatically qualified: DPR Korea, Japan, Korea Republic and hosts China PR.
