Sale: Defending champions DPR Korea began their FIFA U17 Women's World Cup title defence with a 2-0 victory over Mexico in their Morocco 2025 Group B tie on Saturday.

Goals from Yu Jong Hyang and Kim Won Sim secured the result for the three-time champions, who will next face Cameroon on Tuesday.
