Ritu Porna Chakma cancelled out Pyari Xaxa’s first-half opener before India regained control in the second half with goals from Sanfida Nongrum and Lynda Kom to seal the win.

Dhaka: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has welcomed the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) as the latest silver level member under the acclaimed AFC Grassroots Charter.

First bestowed with a bronze membership in 2021, the AFC grassroots panel members paid a visit to the BFF headquarters in March and were pleased to see the remarkable strides made in recent years, meriting an upgrade to silver level recognition.
