Groups finalised for #AFCU23 Qatar 2024 Qualifiers
Kuala Lumpur: The draw for the AFC U23 Asian Cup™ Qatar 2024 Qualifiers was finalised at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) House in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday.
The hopefuls were divided into 11 groups – 10 groups of four teams each, with the last group containing three. Qatar, meanwhile, will play in the Qualifiers for exposure with their matches classified as friendlies.

Kuala Lumpur: Australia and India booked their places in Round 2 of the AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup™ Indonesia 2024 Qualifiers with wins over Chinese Taipei and Myanmar respectively on Friday.
Australia’s 3-0 win over Chinese Taipei confirmed them as the Group B winners while India edged Myanmar 2-1 to top Group F with the two joining Vietnam (Group C) and the Philippines (Group G) in advancing from Round 1.
