Kuala Lumpur: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC)’s continuous commitment to enrich the expertise of the Continent’s football leaders was further underlined with the unveiling of its latest education-based initiative – the AFC Club Management Programme (ACMP).

The 10-month, fully online offering, which comes under the AFC’s breakthrough Academic Centre of Excellence (ACE), ensures current and emerging leaders are well placed to seize opportunities and meet the challenges inherent in Asia’s rapidly changing club football environment.

AFC Empowering Women in Football Programme graduates set to champion inclusivity

Kuala Lumpur: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) today celebrated its latest milestone in the pursuit of advancing women’s leadership in Asian football with the successful completion of the inaugural AFC Empowering Women in Football Programme (AEWFP).

Launched in April 2025 as part of the AFC Academic Centre of Excellence (ACE)’s ever-growing portfolio of educational initiatives, the first iteration of the AEWFP welcomed 47 participants who explored the diverse contributions and achievements of women in football, both on and off the pitch.
