MD2: FC Seoul (KOR) 3-0 Buriram United (THA)

Seoul: FC Seoul picked up their first win of their AFC Champions League Elite™ 2025/26 campaign on Tuesday as the K League outfit cruised to a 3-0 win over Thailand’s Buriram United at Seoul World Cup Stadium.

Choi Jun put his side ahead in the 38th minute before Jeong Seung-won doubled the advantage in first half injury time and Lucas Silva added the third in the 67th minute for an FC Seoul side that added a win to their opening day draw with FC Machida Zelvia.
 
The Kim Gi-dong coached outfit sit on four points while Buriram United remain on three from two games, having won their opener against Malaysia Super League champions Johor Darul Ta’zim.

Hiroshima: China PR’s Shanghai Port FC fought back to hold Sanfrecce Hiroshima of Japan to a 1-1 stalemate in their AFC Champions League Elite™ 2025/26 tie on Tuesday.

Michael Skibbe’s side went in front through Hayato Araki but spurned chances to add to their score with with Gabriel Souza scoring Shanghai Port's equaliser in the final minutes.

Al Rayyan: Al Duhail head coach Djamel Belmadi was left frustrated after his team fell short of  victory against Al Ahli Saudi FC in their AFC Champions League Elite™ 2025/26 tie on Monday.

Edmilson Junior had put Qatar’s Al Duhail ahead in the 25th minute before Matheus Goncalves and Riyad Mahrez struck to give defending champions Al Ahli a 2-1 lead at half-time. Krzysztof Piatek restored parity for the hosts early in the second half to salvage a point for Belmadi’s men.
