Marhoon proud as Bahrain pass tough Malaysia test

Pattaya: Head coach Sadeq Marhoon was proud with his Bahrain side after they secured a last-gasp win over Malaysia in their AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup™ Thailand 2025 Group D opener on Friday.

Bahrain’s title credentials were given the sternest of tests by Malaysia, who twice drew level before Isa Ghaleb nodded in the winner with just 10 seconds remaining.
