UAE’s mindset reason for impressive win, says Walid

Pattaya: Striker Walid Mohammed said the United Arab Emirates’ mindset of not underestimating opponents was the reason for their impressive 6-1 win over Indonesia in their AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup™ Thailand 2025 Group C tie on Sunday. 

The forward, who scored the first goal in Sunday’s victory, said he was pleased with the way the two-time champions controlled the game as they advanced to the knockout stage with a match to spare.
