Opening defeat jolted Korea Republic into action against Afghanistan, says Kim

Jeddah: Kim Eun-seong feels Korea Republic clicked for the first time in their AFC U17 Asian Cup™ Saudi Arabia 2025 campaign after they romped to a 6-0 win over Afghanistan on Monday.

The lanky striker contributed two goals, with four other teammates netting one apiece, to keep alive their hopes of a quarter-final slot after losing 1-0 to Indonesia in their first Group C tie.
