Qualifiers Group B: Chinese Taipei complete cast

Yangon: Chinese Taipei became the final team to qualify for the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup™ Uzbekistan 2024 after defeating Nepal 5-0 in their Qualifiers Round 2 Group B tie on Saturday.

The victory took Chinese Taipei to four points and their passage was confirmed after hosts Myanmar were defeated 5-0 by China PR, as they finished second  on goal difference.
 
Group A winners Australia, runners-up Vietnam and China PR had already confirmed three of the four spots available in the Qualifiers, joining the three highest seeded sides from the AFC U-19 Women’s Championship Thailand 2019 - Japan, DPR Korea and Korea Republic – as well as host nation Uzbekistan in the March 3-16, 2024 Finals.

Qualifiers Group B: Nepal 0-5 China PR; Chinese Taipei 1-1 Myanmar

Qualifiers Group B: Nepal 0-5 China PR; Chinese Taipei 1-1 Myanmar

Yangon: China PR booked their place in the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup™ Uzbekistan 2024 Finals after defeating Nepal 5-0 in Group B of Round Two of the Qualifiers on Thursday.

Chinese Taipei, meanwhile, kept their hopes of qualifying alive with a 1-1 draw against hosts Myanmar.
 
Chinese Taipei play Nepal on Saturday while Myanmar will face China PR.

Qualifiers Group A: Australia beat Vietnam to finish top

Viet Tri City: Australia won Group A of the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup™ Uzbekistan 2024 Round Two Qualifiers after defeating hosts Vietnam 2-0 at the Viet Tri Stadium on Wednesday. 

Islamic Republic of Iran finished third after a 2-1 win over Lebanon in the group's earlier tie.

Qualifiers Group B: China PR 1-0 Chinese Taipei; Myanmar 5-0 Nepal

Yangon: China PR and hosts Myanmar took their first step towards qualifying for the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup™ Uzbekistan 2024 with wins in Round 2 of the Qualifiers on Tuesday.

China PR edged Chinese Taipei 1-0 while Myanmar scored a resounding 5-0 win over Nepal.

Qualifiers Group A: Australia, Vietnam confirm places

Viet Tri City: Australia and Vietnam booked their places in the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup™ Uzbekistan 2024 Finals after registering their second successive wins in Group A on Monday.

Australia beat Islamic Republic of Iran and Vietnam defeated Lebanon, with both registering 3-0 wins in Round 2 of the Qualifiers.
 
With their places in the Finals confirmed, the two pacesetters will meet on Wednesday to decide the Group A winners.

While Australia cruised to a 5-0 victory over Lebanon, hosts Vietnam overcame a gritty Islamic Republic of Iran 3-2.

Teams set for final #U20WAC qualifying hurdle

Kuala Lumpur: Eight teams will converge on Southeast Asia this week to continue their quest to reach the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup™ Uzbekistan 2024 (March 3 to 16).

The second and final round of Qualifiers for the 11th edition of the tournament will be held in Vietnam and Myanmar – the centralised hosts for Groups A and B respectively.

Kuala Lumpur: The stage is set for Round 2 of the Qualifiers for the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup Uzbekistan 2024™ following the draw at the AFC House in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday.

The eight teams were divided into two groups with the top two sides from each group to join the three highest-seeded teams from the AFC U-19 Women’s Championship Thailand 2019 - Japan, DPR Korea, and Korea Republic – as well as host nation Uzbekistan in the Finals.

Kuala Lumpur: The final hurdle awaits eight teams in their quest to clinch their spots for the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup Uzbekistan 2024™ as they gear up for Round 2 of the Qualifiers.

Australia, China PR, Chinese Taipei, Islamic Republic of Iran, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nepal and Vietnam will discover their opponents at the official draw in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday at 3pm.

Kuala Lumpur: Chinese Taipei, Islamic Republic of Iran, Lebanon, Myanmar and Nepal have joined Australia, China PR and Vietnam in advancing from Round 1 of the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup™ Uzbekistan 2024 Qualifiers.

The eight group winners progress to Round 2, where the four best sides will earn a spot in the Finals alongside the three highest seeds from the AFC U-19 Women’s Championship Thailand 2019 - champions Japan, DPR Korea and Korea Republic - and host nation Uzbekistan.

Qualifiers Group F: Vietnam advance after draw with India 

Tashkent: Vietnam advanced to the next round of the AFC U20 Women's Asian Cup™ Uzbekistan 2024 Qualifiers after a 1-1 draw with India in Group F of Round 1 on Saturday.

Both teams finished on seven points, with Vietnam finishing top on goal difference. 
 
Indonesia, meanwhile, ended third after a 4-0 win over Singapore.
