Saudi Arabia hold Czechia; UAE edge Bahrain

Kuala Lumpur: A late Abdullah Alhamddan strike saw Saudi Arabia hold Czechia to a 1-1 stalemate in an international friendly played on Monday.

For the second game running, the Al Hilal SFC forward came off the bench to score, this time with a spectacular stoppage time curling free-kick to cancel out Tomas Chory’s first half penalty for the European side.
